Join The Alan Turing Institute, for a series of informal yet structured conversations covering a wide range of topics delivered as part of Innovate UK BridgeAI programme.
This event offers a deep dive into how companies can identify and assess AI opportunities to advance their business objectives – a foundational step for developing a sound business strategy for AI.
In the first part of the event, Meeri Haataja (CEO, Saidot) will provide an overview of the key steps required to develop an effective AI strategy. Her contribution will also address the importance of identifying AI opportunities for your business.
In the second part, Arcangelo Leone de Castris (Research Associate, The Alan Turing Institute) will present a newly developed framework for thinking about AI use cases in a business context.
The framework was developed by researchers at the Turing Institute for the BridgeAI programme and will be shared with the public for the first time during this event. This is also an opportunity for the audience to offer views on how to refine the framework in its future iterations.
Finally, Tom Jackson (Independent Scientific Advisor, The Alan Turing Institute) will draw on his experience advising AI companies to show how the use case categorisation framework can be operationalised in a real-world scenario to support specific business needs.
