      The Automated Vehicles Act 2024 is now law. And with rapidly advancing technology, and international and national technical regulations underway, the first automated vehicles are set to be on UK roads in the next two years. 
      Self-driving technologies can have a huge influence on the way we move people and goods, but what trajectory will the revolution take and what should we be prepared for? 
      The webinar will cover:

      Join The Alan Turing Institute, for a series of informal yet structured conversations covering a wide range of topics delivered as part of Innovate UK BridgeAI programme.
      This event offers a deep dive into how companies can identify and assess AI opportunities to advance their business objectives – a foundational step for developing a sound business strategy for AI.
      In the first part of the event, Meeri Haataja (CEO, Saidot) will provide an overview of the key steps required to develop an effective AI strategy. Her contribution will also address the importance of identifying AI opportunities for your business.
      In the second part, Arcangelo Leone de Castris (Research Associate, The Alan Turing Institute) will present a newly developed framework for thinking about AI use cases in a business context.
      The framework was developed by researchers at the Turing Institute for the BridgeAI programme and will be shared with the public for the first time during this event. This is also an opportunity for the audience to offer views on how to refine the framework in its future iterations.
      Finally, Tom Jackson (Independent Scientific Advisor, The Alan Turing Institute) will draw on his experience advising AI companies to show how the use case categorisation framework can be operationalised in a real-world scenario to support specific business needs.

      This two-day training course is designed for anyone with a base understanding of ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
      With guidance from tutors, you’ll learn all the necessary steps and practicalities for establishing and operating an information security management system (ISMS) to protect your organisation’s information assets.
      You will understand:
      The key elements of a management system implementation process A typical framework for implementing ISO/IEC 27001, following the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle A baseline review of your organisation’s current position, with regards to ISO/IEC 27001 The requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 from an implementation perspective, in the context of your organisation As part of Innovate UK’s BridgeAI programme, this course is free for SMEs in the key sectors and offers flexibility to choose training dates over 12 months.
      You will improve your professional profile by earning 16 CPD points upon completion of the course and you can qualify for an internationally recognised certificate of achievement by passing the assessment requirements, which includes an online exam.
      Who should attend?
      This training is foundational for SMEs developing or adopting AI within the agriculture, creative, transport, and construction sectors.
      It is designed for anyone with the responsibility of information security within an organisation and with a base understanding of ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
      For delegates who do not have this ISO, we recommend attending our one-day requirements course.

      When you sign up for the online, interactive eLearning course, you’ll have access for 12 months. For the instructor-led course, you can choose to attend dates over the next 12 months. Once completed, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognised training certificate.

      This training course is valuable to organisations of all sizes, at any stage of AI development or adoption and would be useful to anyone involved in the planning, implementing, maintaining, or supervising of an ISO 31000 risk management framework.
